Yes! We embrace flexible work arrangements at AgriSat. Here's how different roles work:

• Remote Roles: Many positions especially in engineering, product, and finance can be worked fully remotely from anywhere in Ghana or internationally.
• Hybrid Roles: Most Accra-based positions follow a hybrid model with 2-3 days in office per week for collaboration.
• Field-Based Roles: Positions in regional operations, training, and farmer engagement require on-site presence in the field daily.

It depends on the role you're applying for:

• Field & Farmer-Facing Roles: Proficiency in at least one local language (Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa, Dagbani, Fante, or others) is highly valued and often required. You'll be interacting directly with farmers in their communities.
• Headquarters & Technical Roles: English is our primary working language. You can thrive here without speaking any local languages.
• Customer-Facing HQ Roles: Knowledge of local languages is a bonus but not a requirement.
